Key Responsibilities
- Provide Cloud & platform expertise including Infrastructure as a Service, Platform as a Service, Cloud, and virtualization technologies.
- Perform Generic Cloud Operations.
- Understand and implement IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS concepts.
- Differentiate and apply Private Cloud vs Public Cloud concepts.
- Execute day-to-day cloud operations protocol, including coordination with stakeholders.
- Apply and monitor security functions across different cloud service providers.
- Optimize system and technology development, maintenance, and performance.
- Utilize a DevOps approach to deliver new automation and enhance Platforms Run activities.
- Take proactive action to ensure stable and secure infrastructures.
- Lead corrective maintenance actions.
- Update procedures, guides, and documentations.
- Produce documents and templates describing services and components to ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
- Ensure documentation is valid and up-to-date.
- Participate in building new systems and technology modules.
- Assist with high-level design implementation for effective operation within the existing systems and technology environment.
