About the Role

VYAPT Strategy Group is seeking proactive and driven individuals to join as Management Interns. This role offers cross-functional exposure to strategy, operations, public relations, and business development, ideal for MBA/PGDM students and recent graduates looking to develop practical business and management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Business Research: Conduct market and competitor research, analyse business opportunities, and support strategic planning.
• Internal Operations & Project Management: Coordinate workflows, track project progress, support process improvements, and prepare management reports.
• PR & Strategic Outreach: Build professional networks, manage communications, and identify opportunities for media coverage and collaborations.
• Government & Institutional Relations: Research and engage with government departments, public-sector organisations, educational institutions, and industry bodies.
• Business Development & Partnerships: Identify potential clients, research business opportunities, prepare proposals, and support partnership initiatives.

Qualifications

• Students pursuing an MBA/PGDM or recent MBA/PGDM graduates.
• Interest in strategy, management, operations, PR, or business development.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, organised, and comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders.
