About the Role
Pins Mechanical Company is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join the Experience Team. As a member, you will be responsible for actively engaging with guests and promoting the games and activities offered, driving game and merchandise sales through exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests throughout the bar with a friendly and energetic demeanor
- Check for proper identification upon entrance
- Maintain the duckpin bowling waitlist and provide accurate wait times
- Accurately ring up game and merchandise sales and process transactions quickly
- Assist with large parties and special events, as needed
- Respond to and resolve issues with games and/or bowling lanes
- Support the organization and cleanliness of the entire space
- Act as a brand ambassador, being knowledgeable about offerings
Requirements & Tech Stack

Qualifications

Work Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts
- Weekend availability
- Day and Night shifts
