About the Role

We are hiring dependable, safety-focused Chauffeurs and Executive Drivers who take pride in delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, professional, and courteous transportation.
• Arrive early and prepared for scheduled trips; greet passengers professionally and assist with luggage as needed.
• Follow trip details and communicate clearly with Dispatch.
• Perform vehicle inspections before and after trips and keep vehicles clean and presentable.
• Navigate Phoenix and surrounding areas safely and efficiently.
• Respect passenger privacy and confidentiality and represent The Driver Provider professionally.

Scheduling

• Mandatory weekend availability: Working at least one day every weekend is mandatory.
• Candidates must be available to work either Saturday or Sunday each weekend.
• Preferences will be considered but are not guaranteed; schedules are based on operational needs.
• Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with shifts that may include early mornings, daytime, evenings, weekends, and special events.

Fleet & Experience

• Drivers may operate luxury sedans, SUVs, executive Sprinters, shuttle vehicles, or larger passenger vehicles, depending on qualifications and assignments.
• Experience in chauffeur or limousine service, executive transportation, hotels/resorts, valet or guest services, airport transportation, shuttle/transit, motorcoach/charter bus, hospitality, or professional CDL driving is welcome.
• Previous chauffeur experience is a plus but not required.

Work Location

• 1243 South 7th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85034.
• Assignments may include local transportation and occasional over-the-road trips.

Qualifications

• Must be 23 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements.
• Ability to pass required background screening and applicable drug testing.
• Strong English communication skills and a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to safely lift and assist with luggage up to 50 pounds, as required.
• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for trip information and Dispatch communication.
• Must meet company uniform standards: black suit without pinstripes, white dress shirt, and black dress shoes.
• Must meet DOT physical, drug-testing, and other DOT requirements when applicable to the assigned role or vehicle.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Drivers with a CDL Class A or Class B are strongly encouraged to apply.
• A Passenger Endorsement is a plus and may qualify candidates for additional vehicle assignments, subject to company requirements.
• Experience in chauffeur or limousine service, executive transportation, hotels/resorts, valet or guest services, airport transportation, shuttle/transit, motorcoach/charter bus, hospitality, or professional CDL driving.
• Previous chauffeur experience.

Pay, Gratuities & Benefits

• Hourly rate: $15.15 per hour, plus gratuities.
• Drivers receive 100% of gratuities earned on their trips, paid through their paycheck.
• Gratuities may vary by client/account and trip.
