About the Role
- This is a Summer 2027 internship position for Process/Chemical Engineering Interns.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to teams on critical projects.
- Assist with the development of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs).
- Assist with the development of Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
- Assist with the development of equipment specifications.
- Develop flow diagrams.
- Perform sizing calculations for pipe and equipment.
- Develop process specifications.
- Model complex processes.
- Ensure design conforms to functional specifications, recognized codes and standards, and customer requirements.
- Gain exposure to project coordination.
- Gain exposure to relevant computer-assisted engineering software.
- Gain exposure to data collection.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Chemical Engineering curriculum.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Previous relevant internship or project experience.
- Visa Sponsorship is not available for this role.
- Ideally, must be at least a rising Junior (currently completing Sophomore year).
- Ideally, 3.0 GPA.
- Ideally, previous internship experience in facility design or engineering consulting.

Qualifications
- In pursuit of a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited program.
