Associate Consultant, Workforce Advisory

About the Role

As an Associate Consultant within EY's People Advisory Services (PAS) Workforce Advisory team, you will help clients strategically align their people agenda with broader business goals. You will focus on the human element of transformation, assisting organizations in driving sustainable change through their workforce. This involves reimagining the future workforce to ensure clients have the right talent, with the right skills, in the right roles, at the right cost, ultimately turning their people strategy into a competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves working across several key fields of play:

• Organization and Workforce Transformation: Applying capabilities such as scenario modelling, org design, workforce planning & analytics, and talent strategy. Leveraging proprietary tools like the EY Organization & Talent Hub.
• Change Experience & Learning: Defining new Workforce Experiences including New Ways of Working (e.g., Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, Problem Solving, Collaboration). Facilitating accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled change experiences tracked via Change Insights and digital learning via the EY Noggin Labs platform.
• Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with client business strategy, purpose, and operating models. Building modern leadership and talent capabilities.
• HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Reimagining and digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy, HR service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards.
