Global Supply Partnerships Intern

About the Role

• You will join our Global Supply team and help keep our partner ecosystem running smoothly.
• Responsibilities include assisting with new publisher go-lives and monitoring for spend spikes.
• The work is impactful and directly contributes to the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand our partner ecosystem, including partner capabilities, their roles, and integration with Joveo's programmatic engine.
• Assist with partner launches, including contract management, account setup, and the launch checklist.
• Conduct performance analysis, identifying anomalies and potential risks.
• Track partner queries and escalations to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Product, Client Success, Finance, and Legal teams to facilitate partner workflows.
• Translate data into actionable insights and summaries for decision-making.
• Support AI experiments to explore how AI tools can enhance workflow efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Genuine curiosity about partnership channels, client management, or business development.
• Ability to engage with people and build trust.
• Aptitude for analyzing data and deriving simple, useful takeaways.
• Demonstrated ownership, follow-through, and the ability to ask insightful questions.
• Prior internship experience in a similar area is a plus, but not required.
