About the Role
TargetHR is offering a 3-month, full-time, paid Talent Acquisition Intern position. This is a hands-on internship focused on real work from day one, providing a crash course in how startups hire. Interns will be trained, trusted, and given responsibility early.
Key Responsibilities
- Engaging in conversations with people
- Identifying talent for startup roles
- Screening profiles and assessing candidate suitability
- Utilizing LinkedIn for recruitment purposes
- Managing interviews and candidate experiences
- Collaborating with senior consultants on client projects
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn
- Familiarity with general recruitment practices
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a full-time degree
- In the final year or second-to-last semester of your degree
- Seeking a serious internship with the potential for a full-time conversion
- Comfortable interacting with new people
- Demonstrates curiosity, proactivity, and a willingness to ask questions
- Organized and able to manage tasks effectively
- Eager to learn and grow rapidly
