Role Overview

The Clinic Service Representative plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for patients across the healthcare system. This role supports patients, clinic staff, and medical teams by managing all aspects of patient registration, from check-in to discharge. The work contributes to the efficiency and excellence of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage face-to-face check-in and check-out processes.
• Handle preregistration, insurance verification, and cash collections.
• Reconcile patient charts and assist with patient discharge procedures.
• Discuss general financial responsibilities with patients and connect them to the Customer Service Center.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate patient registration.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform calculations and complete forms.
• Proficiency in using computer information systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, staff, and visitors.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team setting.
• Basic computer skills, including navigating software and email.

• Familiarity with a clinic environment.
• Experience working with diverse populations and age groups.
