About the Role
- 1st shift weekday position in our Hebron, KY Distribution Center.
- Hours of operation are 7:30am – 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.
- Responsible for analyzing, reporting, and coordinating inventory levels for the distribution center.
- Conducts additional receiving activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate cherry pickers, reach trucks, and dock stockers.
- Perform daily cycle counts, review variance reports, and research variances.
- Input data into daily and monthly reports.
- Maintain monthly reports.
- Work with the Manager to schedule and conduct monthly inventory meetings.
- Track and resolve “Griefs” created by personnel.
- Follow all Company Safety policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Warehouse Equipment experience.
- Microsoft Excel.
- Outlook.
- Warehouse Management Systems (E1 preferred).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse and inventory experience.
- Strong problem solving and research skills/background.
- Comfortable with heights.
- Ability to pass forklift certification tests.
- Reading comprehension, math, phone, strong communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Exhibited computer competency.
