Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Support Interns. The selected candidates will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving their queries, providing support regarding healthcare services, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat.
• Assist customers with appointment bookings, consultations, and other platform-related services.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Ensure a positive and satisfactory customer experience.
• Follow company guidelines and maintain professional communication.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and undergraduate/graduate students are welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.

Internship Details:

• Duration: 3 Months
• Monthly Stipend: 12,000- 14,000
• Role: Customer Support Intern
• Opportunity: Hands-on experience in customer service and healthcare operations.
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
