Business Development Internship (Cold Calling)

About the Role

Playto is hiring a Business Development (Sales) Intern to cold call businesses, pitch Playto's payments product, qualify and convert leads, and maintain call notes in a tracker.

Playto helps agencies, freelancers and consultants accept payments and build trust globally. Clients can pay via cards, PayPal, UPI, bank transfer, Buy Now Pay Later and 45+ methods from 170+ countries, with subscriptions, invoices and agreements in one flow, plus the Playto Trust Score.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to businesses and pitch Playto's payments product
• Qualify leads, follow up and convert them into customers
• Maintain accurate call notes and lead status in the tracker

Requirements

• Confident spoken English/Hindi
• Comfortable making 60+ calls a day
• Prior telecalling/BPO/sales experience is a plus

Stipend: Rs 5,000-10,000/month + performance incentives.

Start: immediately. Duration: 3 months. Remote (work from home), India.
