About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates for technical positions.
- Screening candidates.
- Coordinating interviews for technical positions.
- Resume screening.
- Candidate outreach.
- Interview scheduling.
- Maintaining recruitment databases.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong communication skills.
- Keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Comfortable working in US shift timings (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST).
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies will be an advantage (not mandatory).
