About the Role
Toodex Technology is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain professional to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, material availability and supply chain operations for our engineering and manufacturing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quotations, pricing, lead times and material availability.
- Manage purchase orders, procurement records and supplier documentation.
- Track material requirements, delivery schedules and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality and Project Management teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Follow up on pending orders and resolve procurement or delivery delays.
- Maintain vendor databases and procurement trackers.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support supplier evaluation.
- Ensure materials are procured according to project specifications, quality requirements and timelines.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- 04 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, purchasing or vendor management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.
- Good communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge and a willingness to learn may apply.
