UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design and hands-on experience with Figma. Freshers with a strong portfolio and good design fundamentals are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Design clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces using Figma.
• Apply responsive design principles across different screen sizes and devices.
• Conduct basic user research and usability analysis to improve user experiences.
• Create and maintain reusable components, variants, grids, and design systems.
• Convert ideas and requirements into practical UI/UX solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders.
• Present design decisions clearly and incorporate feedback.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in Figma, including:
• Auto Layout
• Components & Variants
• Grids
• Interactive Prototyping
• Strong understanding of UI/UX fundamentals.
• Knowledge of wireframing, user flows, responsive design, and usability principles.
• Ability to create case-study-driven portfolio projects.
• Good visual design and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Candidates with 0 – 1 year of UI/UX experience.
• Candidates with a strong Figma portfolio or academic/personal projects.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
