Role: Process Associate (Non Voice) - International BPO
Key Responsibilities
- Handle non-voice processes in an international BPO environment.
- Adapt to new processes and continuously learn.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate degree (B.com, BSc, BA, BCA, B.BA, M.com, MSc, MA).
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Additional Information:
- Second Shift: 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM
- Week Off: Sunday
- Male candidates only.
- No cab facility.
