Requirements & Tech Stack

• Built something real: A live Play Store app or a serious side project with depth (multi-screen, API-backed, proper architecture).
• GitHub with real commits across the last 6+ months.
• Experience staying up late to chase a bug without readily available answers.
• Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Codex) as a power user.
• Solid Kotlin / Java, Android SDK, Gradle.
• Public GitHub with sustained activity.
• Fluent with AI dev tools (Claude, Cursor, Codex).

Bonuses

• Jetpack Compose, MVVM / MVI, Retrofit, Room, Coroutines.
• Firebase, Crashlytics, analytics.
• Optimizing for low-end Android devices.
• Play Store app with real users (50+ downloads; 5k–10k+ is a strong advantage).
