Junior Designer

About the Role

NSN STUDIO DIVINE is a luxury design consultancy with offices in New Delhi, Dubai, and London. The studio delivers end-to-end services for corporate offices, high-end residences, software development centers, retail spaces, and hospitality projects. The Junior Designer will support the design team in developing interior concepts, space plans, and detailed drawings for projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing interior concepts, space plans, and detailed drawings.
• Assist in creating mood boards, selecting materials and finishes.
• Prepare presentations.
• Refine design documentation under the guidance of senior designers.
• Coordinate with internal project teams.
• Gather requirements.
• Contribute creative ideas that align with client briefs and brand standards.
• Help with site visits, measurements.
• Assist with basic supervision of implementation to ensure design accuracy.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in design and visualization tools such as AutoCAD, Canva, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Foundational design skills, including concept development, space planning, and basic architectural or interior detailing.
• Ability to prepare presentations, mood boards, and material palettes, with attention to aesthetics and functionality.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with senior designers, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Relevant academic background in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
