Key Responsibilities
- Support requirement gathering and feasibility assessment for AI-enabled experiences.
- Conduct user research, competitive benchmarking, and usability testing.
- Translate user and business requirements into intuitive UX solutions.
- Create user journeys, wireframes, interaction flows, and information architecture.
- Design conversational and AI-driven interaction experiences.
- Develop high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Apply responsible AI principles to create clear and trustworthy user experiences.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, product, and data science teams.
- Contribute to reusable components, design systems, and AI UX patterns.
- Validate designs through user testing and incorporate feedback.
- Follow Experience Design, accessibility, and governance standards.
- Maintain design artifacts and project documentation.
- Apply emerging Generative AI and Generative UX trends to design solutions.
