About the Role
- Human Resources Internship at 18 Media Advertising
- Location: Vishrantwadi, Pune (Work from Office)
- Duration: 6 Months
- Stipend: ₹3,000–₹5,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screenings.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Communicate with candidates and manage follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and HR documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and prepare offer and internship letters.
Qualifications
- Graduates or candidates currently pursuing graduation.
- Students from HR, Management, or related fields are preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
