About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Executive / Senior Executive role based in Hyderabad. The role involves supporting staffing and sales force management operations for Panobiz Business Technologies Pvt Ltd.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates.
- Coordinating interviews.
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records.
- Liaising with corporate clients and internal teams.
- Tracking hiring and performance metrics.
- Preparing reports and documentation.
- Ensuring smooth onboarding processes.
- Following up on employee deployment.
- Assisting in resolving basic workforce-related issues.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Data entry.
- MS Office tools.
- Basic reporting for tracking hiring, performance, and workforce deployment metrics.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in recruitment coordination, staffing support, or HR operations, preferably in banking, financial services, or insurance (BFSI).
- Skills in client servicing, stakeholder communication, and relationship management.
- Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of local languages in Hyderabad is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site full-time and collaborate with colleagues.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, commerce, or a related field.
- Experience in BFSI staffing or sales force management is an added benefit.
