What you'll do

• Work with product, technology, and leadership teams to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
• Turn business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Analyze market, customer, and operational data to find opportunities and support decisions.
• Build dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau, or Excel that leadership uses to track progress.
• Research retirement, pension, and fintech markets across India, the USA, and Europe.
• Map and improve business processes, from customer onboarding to partner operations.
• Support partnership and expansion projects with financial models and business cases.
• Join Agile ceremonies and help keep projects on track using JIRA or similar tools.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and spoken English, and confidence presenting to international stakeholders.
• Curiosity about finance, technology, and how businesses grow.
• Freshers with strong internships, case-competition wins, or analytics projects are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Excel for dashboard and report building.
• Familiarity with JIRA or similar project tracking tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, banking, insurance, asset management, or consulting.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools like JIRA or Confluence.
• Basic Python for data analysis.
• Certifications such as ECBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Google Data Analytics.
