Designation: GET / Assistant Manager-MEP Maintenance
Function: Maintenance
Location: Punjab, Rajasthan & Pune
Education: Bachelor/Diploma in Electrical engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance of HT/LT substation, DG/FAS/UPS/CCTV/HVAC & FF systems.
- Plan and monitor preventive maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Predictive maintenance.
- Manage Multiple sites.
- Coordinate with vendors for PMS.
- Coordinate with the operation dept for major equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate with the Back office team (GRN, Accounts) for payments related to vendors.
- Troubleshoot problems within stipulated time.
- Perform root cause analysis of breakdown equipment.
- Verification and certification of bills according to work.
- Testing and trial run of equipment (DY run Activity).
- Ensure maximum availability of equipment by planning and scheduling of preventive and predictive maintenance.
