We are at the initial stage of building Rivent and are looking for a motivated individual who wants hands-on experience, takes ownership of marketing activities, and is interested in contributing to the growth of an early-stage business.

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who can execute digital marketing campaigns, manage paid advertisements for clients, generate leads, and conduct practical digital marketing training sessions for students and aspiring professionals. You will work directly with the founder and become the first team member contributing to Rivent's digital marketing activities. As an early-stage venture, our processes and operations are still being established. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, learns quickly, communicates effectively, and can work independently.

Initial internship period is one month. Extension may be offered based on performance, business requirements, and mutual agreement.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing
• Set up, execute, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns using Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Manage lead generation campaigns for clients and business initiatives.
• Assist with audience targeting, campaign planning, ad copy, creatives, and marketing funnels.
• Monitor advertising budgets, cost per lead, conversions, and campaign performance.
• Analyze campaign results and recommend improvements.
• Prepare performance reports and track campaign outcomes.
• Digital Marketing Training
• Conduct practical digital marketing training sessions for students and aspiring professionals.
• Teach digital marketing fundamentals, Meta Ads, Google Ads, audience targeting, and lead generation.
• Explain campaign setup, performance analysis, and optimization techniques.
• Prepare training materials, practical assignments, and hands-on exercises.
• Guide students through practical marketing projects and real-world scenarios.
• Marketing Operations & Business Growth
• Manage day-to-day digital marketing activities for Rivent and its clients.
• Support brand positioning, content planning, and online marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate campaign requirements and communicate with clients when required.
• Help establish marketing processes and improve campaign execution.
• Contribute ideas for lead generation, client acquisition, and business growth.
• Take ownership of assigned activities and deliver agreed outcomes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online advertising.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Understanding of lead generation, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
• Ability to communicate clearly and explain concepts to students.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
• Ability to take initiative in an early-stage business environment.

Candidates with practical project experience, advertising campaign exposure, digital marketing certifications, or previous training experience will be preferred.

Professional experience is not mandatory if you have the relevant foundational knowledge and practical skills.

Internship Terms

• This is an unpaid internship.
• Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India.
• Initial duration: One month.
