About the Role
- As an Associate, you will be the operational spine of Source's trade execution.
- You will own the complete order lifecycle — from order punching and supplier coordination to dispatch confirmation and customer delivery.
- Your mission is to ensure every order moves fast, clean, and without errors, while keeping all stakeholders aligned in real time.

- The Executor: Obsessed with closing loops — every order opened is an order that must be delivered and reconciled.
- The Communicator: Clear and direct with internal teams and external partners, leaving no room for misalignment.
- The Detail-Orientated: Catches discrepancies before they become problems — in grades, quantities, pricing, and documentation.
