Registered Nurse

This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role based in the Pune Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions in accordance with established clinical protocols.
• Monitor patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Maintain accurate medical records.
• Support physicians and other healthcare professionals during procedures.
• Educate patients and families about care plans, safety, and post-discharge instructions.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Respond to emergencies.
• Contribute to a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and compliance with local regulatory requirements.
• Diploma or degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Advanced certifications in critical care, emergency, or specialty areas are an advantage.
• Proven experience in hospital or clinical settings.
• Strong skills in patient assessment, medication administration, and clinical documentation.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support patients, families, and colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and remain calm and focused in high-pressure or emergency situations.
• Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and non-discriminatory patient care, with sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and needs.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by patient care demands.
• Proficiency in basic computer systems and electronic health records.
• Familiarity with clinical equipment and safety protocols.
