About the Role

Combine thoughtful editorial work with hands-on audience development. Help us earn engaged readers and genuinely opted-in subscribers.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and write source-backed stories about practical AI in financial services; verify claims and explain limitations.
• Help plan, write and edit newsletter content with clear takeaways and careful attribution.
• Create useful explainers, checklists, templates and guides, using synthetic or redacted examples where appropriate.
• Support organic distribution, search-friendly publishing and thoughtful community participation without spam.
• Run small distribution experiments and measure engaged readership, returning readers and opt-in subscriber growth; explain what worked and what did not.
• Protect confidential information, maintain editorial accuracy and correct errors promptly.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Clear writing and editing, careful research habits and the judgment to distinguish evidence from hype.
• Interest in AI and financial services, including their operational and risk context.
• Practical familiarity with some combination of newsletters, SEO, analytics, social distribution or community building.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise and explain your decisions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated work over pedigree. A personal newsletter, research project, published article or well-explained audience experiment can all be useful evidence.
• AI tools are welcome; you remain responsible for accuracy, originality and source verification.
