About the Role

• Full-time, on-site role for an Inbound Customer Service Representative based in Airoli Mindspace Navi Mumbai.
• International customer support role.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day chats and some calls.
• Handle incoming customer calls and messages.
• Resolve inquiries and issues.
• Upsell required services for customer websites.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Follow established procedures.
• Document interactions in company systems.
• Maintain high standards of customer experience.
• Meet performance targets.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes.
• Adhere to company policies.
• Follow data privacy and security guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.

Qualifications

• Skills in Customer Service and Customer Support.
• Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience.
• Skills relevant to working as Customer Service Representatives in a contact center or similar environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
• Ability to work in shifts.
• Ability to manage time efficiently.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Patience.
• A customer-focused mindset.
• Open for 12th HSC Candidates with very good communication skills.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Prior experience in customer service, BPO, or a related field is an advantage.
