About MIYO
MIYO is building a space people love, offering desserts and creating memorable experiences. As the brand grows, they are seeking an Operations Associate to assist founders with day-to-day business operations. This is a hands-on role focused on problem-solving, creating structure, and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations across outlets and the central kitchen.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and assist in improving operational processes.
- Create and maintain SOP documentation.
- Manage inventory, stock planning, ordering, and vendor coordination.
- Support central kitchen setup, production planning, and recipe management.
- Assist with new product launches and operational execution.
- Spend time on-ground to ensure teams, systems, and service standards are running smoothly.
- Work closely with founders on projects, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excel / Google Sheets
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proactive and willing to take ownership.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to get involved on-ground when needed.
