About the Role
Suspire is seeking an Operations Intern for a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai. This role offers hands-on experience in operations management within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations to ensure efficiency and effective execution of tasks.
- Manage inventory.
- Process orders.
- Coordinate deliveries.
- Collaborate with teams on process improvement initiatives.
- Provide operational support to the sales team.
- Assist in project management to ensure smooth workflows.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate data and improve operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members, partners, and stakeholders.
- Experience or interest in Sales and client interactions.
- Knowledge of Operations Management.
- Basic experience or understanding of Project Management.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
- Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Ability to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 6 months.
