Job Overview

Infojini Inc. is looking for motivated and result-oriented IT Recruiters to join our recruitment team in Thane. The ideal candidates should have good communication skills, an understanding of technical requirements, and the ability to source and screen candidates for various IT positions in the US market. Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in recruitment are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and professional networks.
• Understand client requirements and technical job descriptions.
• Identify and shortlist suitable candidates for various IT positions.
• Conduct initial screening to evaluate technical skills, experience, communication, availability, and interest.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Work closely with the recruitment and delivery teams to fulfil hiring requirements.
• Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining candidate quality.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic understanding of IT skills, technologies, and technical job roles.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work in the US night shift.

Qualifications

• Any graduate can apply.
• 0–3 years of experience in IT recruitment is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and an interest in recruitment may also apply.
