About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal & Compliance Intern to join our team in Pune. This role offers hands-on exposure to corporate legal, compliance, contract management, and corporate secretarial activities in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal agreements, NDAs, and related documentation.
• Support corporate compliance and regulatory filings.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research.
• Maintain legal records, compliance trackers, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors on legal and compliance matters.
• Support corporate secretarial and governance-related activities.

Requirements

• LLB is mandatory.
• Company Secretary Qualified / Semi-Qualified / Pursuing preferred.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Location: Pune (Work from Office)

Duration: 6 Months

Compensation: Paid Internship

Joining: Candidates available to join immediately or within 2 weeks will be preferred.
