Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you will work directly with business owners and executives to understand their shipping challenges, identify opportunities, and provide customized solutions that save businesses time and money. You will build relationships, develop your own book of business, and become a trusted partner to your customers. Key Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business through calls, networking, referrals, and other business-development activities
• Build relationships with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers
• Analyze customer shipping needs and recommend customized, cost-effective solutions
• Present solutions using cost-benefit analysis and a consultative, solution-selling approach
• Manage the proposal process from initial opportunity through close
• Negotiate, close, activate, and train customers on our technology platform
• Partner with operations and internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Grow and manage your own book of business while developing long-term client relationships

Qualifications

• Recent graduates and early-career professionals encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, athletics, internships, or leadership is a plus
