Boga Jonito Studios is an emerging creative studio building engaging, high-impact brand experiences. As an early-stage organization, the studio offers opportunities to shape core marketing and growth strategies from the ground up. The environment is collaborative, experimental, and geared toward learning by doing. This role offers the chance to contribute to a growing brand and gain exposure to multiple facets of marketing and business operations. The position is for a Founding Marketing Intern who can evolve into a Marketing Lead.

Start Date: 2nd week of November

Key Responsibilities

• Run daily social media operations: X, Instagram, YouTube Shorts.
• Create shareable content for fans, including daily puzzle posts and stats debates.
• Engage with cricket communities on platforms like Reddit and X, and in college and office groups.
• Conduct weekly conversations with players to gather feedback on their preferences and pain points.
• Track marketing performance, including shares, return rates, and new player acquisition sources.
• Contribute to product development alongside marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Hustle: Ability to ship quickly and iterate.
• Clarity: Skill in writing and thinking simply.
• Ball knowledge: Deep understanding of cricket, with the ability to support arguments with data.
• Product sense and user empathy: Understanding user behavior and motivations.
• B2C instinct: Understanding what drives engagement and retention for general consumers.
• Proactive communication: Ability to provide updates without being prompted, especially in a remote setting.
• Execution: Proven ability to get things done.
• Students and fresh graduates are welcome.
