Junior Architect

About the Role

The Junior Architect will support the design and development of landscape architecture projects, working closely with senior architects and the multidisciplinary team. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare design concepts, drawings, and 3D visualizations.
• Assist with documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants and vendors.
• Conduct site visits, collecting measurements and photographs.
• Contribute to planting and material selection.
• Refine design details to meet project requirements.
• Assist in project presentations.
• Maintain project files.
• Ensure design solutions align with client expectations, timelines, and quality standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in Architecture and Architectural Design.
• Strong interest in landscape and outdoor space planning.
• Skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools and workflows (e.g., CAD/BIM interoperability, design software integration).
• Skills in Project Management, including basic planning, coordination, time management, and documentation for multiple projects.
• Proficiency in relevant design and visualization software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools) is beneficial.
• Familiarity with landscape design principles is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow design guidelines.
• Willingness to learn from senior team members.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Readiness for on-site work and site visits in and around Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture from an accredited institution is preferred.
