Speech Therapist

Key Responsibilities

• Assess speech, language, and communication difficulties in children.
• Conduct individual speech and language therapy sessions.
• Work with children with speech delays, language disorders, and communication challenges.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and monitor progress.
• Guide parents regarding home-based speech and language activities.
• Maintain therapy records and progress reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or BASLP/MASLP.
• Relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Freshers may apply, depending on the centre's requirements.

ABA Therapist

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct behaviour assessments and implement individualized ABA therapy plans.
• Work on communication, social interaction, learning, and daily living skills.
• Apply positive reinforcement and evidence-based behaviour strategies.
• Monitor children's progress and maintain session records.
• Guide parents on behaviour management and home-based intervention strategies.
• Coordinate with speech therapists and other professionals for integrated care.

Qualifications

• Degree or relevant certification in Psychology, Special Education, ABA, or a related field.
• Training or certification in Applied Behaviour Analysis preferred.
• Experience working with children with developmental and behavioural needs is preferred.
