Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure.
- Manage and troubleshoot routing protocols and network connectivity issues.
- Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity across enterprise environments.
- Perform network configuration, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
- Analyze and resolve network incidents, ensuring adherence to defined SLAs.
- Support network change, incident, and problem management processes.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong experience in Data Networking and Network Management.
- Hands-on expertise in Routing Technologies.
- Knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and RIP.
- Experience with network troubleshooting and performance optimization.
- Exposure to network security concepts and access control mechanisms.
- Experience with enterprise network operations and support environments.
- Knowledge of switching technologies and network infrastructure management tools.
