About the Role
ChargingAdda is an EV charging infrastructure company building and operating EV charging stations. We are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Intern who is willing to take ownership, coordinate with customers and vendors, understand procurement, negotiate smartly and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Coordinate with customers, understand their requirements and ensure a smooth, hassle-free experience.
- Vendor Management: Identify, communicate and coordinate with vendors and service partners.
- Procurement & Negotiation: Understand pricing, collect quotations, compare offers and negotiate for the best deals.
- Operations Management: Coordinate installations, service requests and day-to-day operational activities.
- Problem Solving: Take ownership of challenges and ensure timely resolution.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps and suggest better ways to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Someone who genuinely enjoys delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Basic understanding or willingness to learn procurement and vendor negotiations.
- Good follow-up skills and the ability to get things done.
- Someone who takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
