Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice & Email)
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: Day Rotational Shift (6 Days Working | 1 Rotational Off)
Salary: 21,000 to 25,000 Take Home + Attractive Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries via Voice & Email channels in a professional and timely manner.
- Troubleshoot customer issues, provide accurate product/service information, and deliver high first-contact resolution (FCR).
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction (CSAT) and adhere to internal quality metrics.
- Document customer interactions and follow-ups accurately in the CRM system.
- Maintain clear, empathetic, and effective communication in both English and Hindi.
Candidate Requirements & Eligibility
- Education: 12th Pass (HSC) / Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of mandatory experience in Customer Support (Voice + Email handling preferred).
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Hindi (both verbal and written communication).
- Work Schedule: Flexible with 6 days of work per week (1 rotational day off) and Day Rotational Shifts.
- Location: Must be comfortably commuting to HSR Layout, Bangalore.
- Availability: Immediate Joiners ONLY.
Salary & Benefits
- Net Take-Home Salary: 21,000 - 25,000 / month.
