About the Role
The Inbound Process Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for handling inbound customer interactions via phone, email, or digital channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries and service requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer interactions via phone, email, or digital channels.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries and service requests.
- Review and process customer information.
- Perform basic financial or account-related checks.
- Route issues to appropriate internal teams.
- Maintain detailed records in internal systems.
- Follow defined BPO and process workflows.
- Adhere to quality, compliance, and productivity standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex cases.
- Support continuous process improvement.
- Provide a professional, customer-focused experience in every interaction.

Qualifications
