About the Role
SkillOrbit is seeking a full-time, on-site Reporting Analyst in Bengaluru. This role focuses on collecting, validating, and analyzing data to produce accurate and timely reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Generate accurate and timely reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Design and maintain dashboards.
- Prepare periodic performance and financial reports.
- Provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with finance, HR, operations, and IT teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Translate reporting requirements into clear, actionable metrics.
- Troubleshoot data issues.
- Ensure data integrity.
- Document reporting processes.
- Present findings in a clear, business-friendly manner.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Analytical Skills
- Expertise in Reporting & Analysis
- Solid Finance knowledge
- Ability to interpret financial and operational metrics
- Communication skills to present complex data and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Data Analytics capabilities (working with datasets, trend analysis, generating insights)
- Proficiency in Excel
- Proficiency in at least one reporting or BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is highly beneficial.
- Experience in creating dashboards, KPI reports, and management summaries is preferred.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- High attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field is desirable.
