About the Role
Wellversed seeks a dynamic and driven Junior Business Development Associate (Offline) to generate leads, build relationships with B2B clients, and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Conduct active cold calling to introduce products and services, generating leads for follow-up and conversion.
- Client & Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring effective communication and understanding of their requirements.
- SOP Implementation: Understand and implement current SOPs for B2B client acquisition, ensuring a seamless process from lead generation to client onboarding.
- Collaboration & Strategy: Collaborate with core team members to develop and execute new acquisition models, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Network Management: Manage the current B2B network and convert existing clients to more integrated offerings.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential collaboration opportunities with brands in the health and wellness sector. Formulate and present compelling proposals.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in client and vendor interaction, preferably from FMCG, Ecommerce, or B2B product-based backgrounds.
- Comfortable with active cold calling and lead generation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Timeline-oriented, with decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the health and wellness sector and experience in conducting market research is an advantage.
