Who We Need

We are looking for an early-career GTM Sourcer who is competitive, curious, and eager to excel in recruiting. You enjoy researching talent markets, identifying overlooked individuals, understanding their motivations, and engaging them effectively about Rillet.

Your background may come from athletics, sales, startups, academics, or other high-performance environments. Initially, you will focus on hiring for our GTM organization, including accounting and finance talent crucial for product development and delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Find exceptional talent by sourcing across Rillet’s GTM organization, with an initial focus on post-sales roles.
• Map companies, teams, and talent markets to identify where the best people are located and understand their appeal.
• Learn candidate motivations to engage them in a thoughtful, personalized manner.
• Develop talent judgment by partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to distinguish exceptional candidates.
• Own and improve sourcing results by experimenting with outreach, channels, and strategies, utilizing data and feedback for quick adjustments.

Compensation & Benefits

• The expected base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 in New York City and San Francisco.
