About the Role

LC INTERNATIONAL is a growing textile and garments exporter committed to quality, craftsmanship, and timely delivery. This Junior Merchandiser role is a full-time, on-site position based in Karur, offering an environment for junior professionals to learn, innovate, and grow within a quality-driven, internationally oriented business.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams to understand product requirements.
• Support sampling and product development.
• Ensure accurate communication of specifications to production.
• Assist in order processing.
• Track production status.
• Monitor quality and timelines to meet customer expectations.
• Prepare basic costing and documentation.
• Support sales and marketing activities.
• Maintain product and client records.
• Respond to buyer queries with clear and timely information.
• Collaborate with senior merchandisers, production, and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with buyers and internal teams.
• Customer Service abilities to handle inquiries, follow up on orders, and maintain positive buyer relationships.
• Sales and Retail awareness to support order follow-up, understand buyer needs, and contribute to business growth.
• Basic Marketing understanding to assist in presenting collections, product features, and supporting promotions.
• Relevant education in textiles, fashion, merchandising, business, or a related field.
• Attention to detail and basic knowledge of fabrics, home textiles, or garments.
• Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with maintaining data and reports.
• Ability to work on-site in Karur.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
