Real Estate Associate

About the Role

The Real Estate Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Pimpri Chinchwad, supporting clients throughout the property search, evaluation, and transaction process.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and presenting suitable residential and commercial properties.
• Coordinating property visits.
• Explaining key features, pricing, and legal considerations.
• Assisting with lease and sale negotiations.
• Preparing and reviewing basic documentation in collaboration with legal consultants.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant real estate regulations.
• Maintaining up-to-date market knowledge.
• Building strong client relationships.
• Providing clear guidance on investment options aligned with client needs.
• Collaborating with internal teams to support marketing activities.
• Maintaining accurate records of leads and transactions.
• Contributing to client satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to work on-site.
• Ability to travel locally for client meetings and property visits.
• Ability to use digital tools (CRM, spreadsheets, communication platforms) effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Estate Transactions, including residential and commercial property dealings.
• Experience with Leases and Commercial Real Estate, particularly in negotiating and managing lease agreements.
• Understanding of Real Estate Development and related processes, such as project stages, approvals, and timelines.
• Excellent client-facing skills, including communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Familiarity with local real estate markets in Pimpri Chinchwad and Pune.
• Understanding of basic financial and investment concepts.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple property mandates simultaneously.
• Relevant education in real estate, finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in real estate consultancy or sales is an advantage.
