About the Role
The Business Analyst Intern role is a full-time remote position supporting senior team members in analyzing client business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and assisting in the design of technology-enabled solutions for US clients. This role offers exposure to AI, CRM, loyalty, and CX transformation initiatives for global enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client business processes.
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Assist in the design of technology-enabled solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to testing and validation of proposed solutions.
- Assist in tracking project progress and outcomes.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data visualization or reporting tools is preferred.
- Foundational knowledge of technology, AI, and software domains is beneficial.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and supporting evidence-based recommendations.
- Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to document needs, define use cases, and support solution design.
- Communication skills for clear written documentation, presentations, and collaborative work with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to learn internal Business Processes, understand current status, map workflows, identify inefficiencies, and suggest improvements.
- Ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented manner and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical and Problem-solving aptitude.
- Strong inter-personal skills and proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication skills - spoken English and inter personal skills.
Eligibility
- Available for full-time (remote).
- Based out of India.
- Ready to work during US shift time (9 pm to 5 am).
- Freshers or candidates up to 1 year of work experience.
- Open only for Engineering Graduates.
