Marketing and Operations Associate (CPG)

About the Role

Pacagen is seeking a Marketing and Operations Associate to join our fast-paced startup environment. This role offers the opportunity to scale advertising channels and partnerships, and assist with creative content development for our brands, Pacagen and RE:YOU. You will work directly with co-founders and gain exposure to innovative people and world-class partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and develop creative advertising approaches aligned with brand objectives.
• Oversee the development of video content and ads for paid channels (Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Youtube).
• Manage large influencer collaborations.
• Stay updated on social video platform trends and best practices, developing new creative ideas.
• Create, edit, and resize video & still ads for various platforms.
• Communicate creative needs to the entire team.
• Present ideas on creative strategy and campaigns.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• BS or BA degree or a proven track record of high performance.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Track record of high-quality work.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines.
• A drive for continuous improvement and a high standard of work ("Doesn’t take good enough for an answer").
