PMO

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PMO Executive to support project coordination, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in project tracking, coordination, and status reporting.
• Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and reports using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for project updates.
• Follow up on assigned tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Prepare meeting minutes (MoM) and maintain project documentation.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate project-related discussions.
• Support the PMO team in monitoring project progress and identifying delays.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with stakeholders.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Project Coordination, MIS, or Operations.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, and basic formulas).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Basic understanding of project management processes.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive attitude with attention to detail.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders.
• Good ownership and follow-up capabilities.
• Willingness to learn and grow in Project Management and PMO operations.

Qualifications

• Any Bachelor's degree.
• MBA graduates or candidates with a background in Management/Operations will be preferred.
• Freshers with relevant internship experience may also apply.
