Job Title: Hindi Tele Caller
Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate business leads.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Communicate with Hindi-speaking customers professionally.
- Explain company products and services to prospective customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Identify customer requirements and share relevant information.
- Maintain daily call records and update customer databases.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling targets.
- Prepare daily call reports and follow-up reports.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Fluent in Hindi (Speaking is mandatory).
- Basic English communication skills preferred.
- Good telephone etiquette and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Telecalling and Customer Support experience preferred.
- Lead Generation and Follow-ups skills preferred.
- Customer Relationship Management skills preferred.
- Sales and Communication Skills preferred.
- Database Management and Reporting skills preferred.
