Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers in a fast paced, goal-oriented collections department.
- Assist internal and external customers through inbound and outbound email and phone requests to ensure dispute resolution.
- Use resources to research, resolve, and respond to moderately complex customer issues.
- Identify collections issues and forward them to cross-functional departments for resolution.
- Provide customers with supporting documents and other correspondence to resolve delinquent and/or disputed balances.
- Use customer feedback to identify needs to reconcile disputes.
- Provide customer assistance for client audit letter responses as necessary.
